Pastor Adrian Rodgers

Adrian R. Rodgers was born and raised in Memphis, TN. He is the son of Bishop and Mrs. Charles Rodgers and the grandson of three pastors. He began his life of ministry as a musician. He started playing the drums for his father’s church at the age of 5. He moved from the drums, to the piano, and finally to the organ. He served as Minister of Music at his father’s church for 15 years.

Slowly, God changed his emphasis from music to the preaching ministry. He served as an Associate Pastor for Bishop Rodgers for 8 years. During this time, he began to evangelize as God began to develop his deliverance ministry. In 1994, the Spirit of God spoke to him to begin a work in Jonesboro, AR. He started with a daily broadcast in May of the same year. In September, he and his wife, Susan, founded Fullness of Joy Ministries.

In January 2008, the call for ministry became greater for Pastor Adrian Rodgers. His father, Bishop Rodgers, retired from the full-time pastorate and Pastor Rodgers became the pastor of New Dimensions Ministries in Memphis, TN. He also continues to stand beside his father by serving as Vice Chairman of IMPACT Fellowship International.

Adrian is a graduate of International College of Bible Theology. He is a popular conference speaker and foreign evangelist. He is a part of several mission trips annually to Manila, Phillipines and Africa.

Adrian and his wife, Susan, have been living in marital bliss since August 17, 1985. They are the proud parents of Adrian Charles and Brianna Danielle.

Elder Susan Rodgers

Susan Wood Rodgers was born in Chicago, Illinois but, grew up in rural West Tennessee. She is the 7th of 10 children. She is the daughter of the late Mr. Johnny Kearney of Illinois and Mrs. Helen Russell of Tennessee. Susan graduated cum laude from the University of Memphis with a B.A. in English. She also holds a B.A. in Biblical studies from The International College of Bible Theology in Sikeston, MO.

She is an ordained Elder and Co-Pastor of Fullness of Joy Ministries Inc., and the First Lady of New Dimensions Ministries. She also serves as Director of Empowering Women’s Ministries, and host of the Empowering Women’s Conference. Susan has also published three books;: “Thy Kingdom Come, “Purpose by Design” and “Hidden Scars.”

Susan has been happily married for almost 25 years to Adrian R. Rodgers, pastor of Fullness of Joy and New Dimensions Ministries. They are fulfilling both a calling and a dream by serving together in ministry. Susan and Adrian have one son, Adrian Charles and one daughter, Brianna Danielle who are also active in their local assembly.

Susan feels a responsibility to speak the truth in love because the Truth of God’s Anointed Word will destroy yokes and set the captive free. She has a special desire to help hurting women find their place of empowerment through the power of the Word and an intimate relationship with their Savior.
